Payment safety
You can purchase online with confidence! Online Payments are taken through PayPal's industry leading secure portal. The financial information that you enter on the PayPal page will not be shared with Undieology Limited or any other party.

Prices and Tax
Prices are stated in New Zealand dollars and include 12.5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) for goods being shipped to New Zealand addresses.

Delivery
Undieology will dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving payment. Delivery is made Monday-Saturday by overnight 'signed for' courier throughout New Zealand. If there is no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel the courier will leave a card with the details of where to call to pickup or arrange redelivery.

Delivery Cost
Delivery cost is a $5 flat fee for all orders regardless where you are in New Zealand or how many items you buy.



Product Return Policy
Undieology Limited is committed to providing you quality products and service. Please use the contact us form if you have any questions about the following.

Faulty item - If an item is deemed to be faulty by a fabric or manufacturing flaw we will replace or refund the garment. Products should be returned (washed if worn) for assessment by our Quality Assurance department. Products deemed faulty will be replaced free of additional freight charges, however if a product has been purposely tampered with this item will not qualify for an exchange or refund.

Incorrect item - If for some reason you have received an incorrect item we will happily exchange it. Please note that we can only accept products that have not been worn or washed and are in original unsealed packaging with all the labels and tags still attached.

Incorrect size - Please check the sizing guide carefully before placing your order as the sizes may vary from designer to designer. If you order the incorrect size you have 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase to return the item at your cost for exchange providing the item has not been worn or washed and are in its original unsealed packaging with all the labels and tags still attached. Before returning items please use the contacts page to request a returns number. Undieology Limited will not be liable for any returns which are lost in transit, we recommend sending items by track and trace for your peace of mind. Return delivery will be charged at our normal rate.

Returns - Please choose your items carefully as due to the nature of our products we do not permit the returns if you change your mind.



Privacy Policy
Undieology Limited respect you privacy. Any information voluntarily provided from you on our site will only be used in an effort to improve our site and your shopping experience. We will not disclose any of your information provided to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
